The problem: most don’t and therefore get organisational culture by default, rather than by design.
WHAT WE DO
Plum Consulting is a cultural change practice on a mission to help organisations create culture by design, rather than by default. There is no longer an argument about whether organisational culture is an important factor in organisational performance, success and reputation. It is. However, it is still not fully understood as the true enabler of strategy. Without a receptive organisational culture, no matter how good your strategy, or plan, it will likely wither on the vine.
Plum helps businesses think more clearly about culture, measure it and develop the habits and social practices aligned with their business intent. Plum’s team of psychologists and behavioural and business coaches works with both the explicit and the hidden aspects of behaviour at work, to ensure success.
