Plum works with Boards and leadership teams to understand their impact on the business and to ensure that it is culturally ‘additive’. We help senior leaders develop their cultural skills alongside their business skills and to actively model the culture that they want and need by design.
We do this through a combination of Board and Leadership Programme, Team Cultural Coaching and 1:1 coaching. Our founder, Alison, also provides bespoke cultural consultancy to leadership teams, to ensure that the behaviour goals are aligned to the brand and business goals.
